The machine works on volumetric principal and is used to fill varieties of paste or semi liquid products into various types of containers with precise accuracy on a continuous conveyor line. A specially designed synchronized fully pneumatic operated with a conveyor system and a bottle indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the machine.
BASIC MACHINE FEATURES :
· The machine works fully automatically and all operations are synchronized. Except the loading of empty container at in feed conveyor and removing the filled containers at out feed conveyor is to be done by the operator.
· The filling operation starts once the containers gets aligned automatically below the nozzles. "NO CONTAINER - NO FILLING " feature is provided to avoid spillage on the machine.
· As per the preset filling volume setting, all containers will get filled with the same volume.
· This is piston block type filling machine where any kind of paste like honey, mayonnaise, cream or any kind of liquid like shampoo, milk or any kind of semi solid material like pickles, Chana, grease can be filled. Standard Machine can fill particles of the size upto 12 mm which can be increased as per the requirement on request( at extra cost).
· Shut off nozzle feature can be provided if needed to close the nozzle immediately after filling to avoid any possible dripping of product. Gas Flushing arrangement pre filling or post filling can be provided at extra cost.
· The conveyor can be stopped at the time of filling so that there are no vibrations on the container while filling process.
· After filling the filled containers moves toward the out feed conveyor and the same cycle get repeated
· It is completely pneumatic operated machine
· All contact parts of the machine are in SS 316 and machine structure will be covered by SS304 Sheets or will be hard chrome plated as per client need.
SPECIAL FEATURES ON DEMAND AT EXTRA COST:
1. POSITION INDICATOR :
It is a Seiko make position Indicator which indicates the position of the syringe to set the amount of volume to be filled in the container. Once the setting is done for eg: 200 ml volume you can find a numeric digit on the position indicator and you can note it. Similarly when you are doing a setting for 500ml, 750 ml , 1000 ml or any other size you will find a numeric digit for all . Whichever size you are having standard for filling, you can prepare a chart indicating filling size and its position. Once it is done, you don't need to do trial and error process for setting the volume and you can just bring the syringe at that particular position (indicated by numeric digit) and set it.
however when you switch to different viscosity or density product you have to take reading for it again
2. JACKATED HOPPER AND GEARED STIRRER:
Jacketed hopper is used to heat the product or maintain the product temperature as desired. Heating can be water based or oil based. Stirrer is use to mix the product and to spread the heat evenly in the product.
Stirrer driven by a 1⁄2 HP, 20 RPM, 3-phase vertical geared motor. Stirrer blades & contact parts in S.S.316, along with mounting, switches & temperature indicators. Electrically heated thermostat to detect./maintain the temperature, standard hopper capacity can hold 40liter of product, can be customized as per client need.
3. DIVE IN TYPE NOZZLES :
With this feature before filling operation starts the nozzles enter into the container and the filling operation starts and slowly while filling it comes out and the operation completed. When the bottle mouth diameter is small and there is a risk of the product material getting spilled out while filling, dive in type nozzles are provided. Also when the product produces foam, it is necessary to provide such feature.
4. PRODUCT DIGITAL COUNTER:
It counts the number of container which are getting filled to keep an eye on total production, one can also opt for preset limit based counter where you can preset the quantity of container you want to fill, machine will stop automatically once this quantity is achieved by filling
5. PLC BASED HMI TOUCH SCREEN OPERATION:
We use well known branded PLC components (Panasonic, Delta or Hitachi or Mitsubishi, Abb make) to synchronize various operation of machine, A suitable touch HMI can be given for easy operation of machine to show various ongoing function, programming can be customized for each machine to suit every application customized needs.
6. AUTO PUMP START STOP OPERATION WITH PIPING:
This system is used to transfer the material from the main storage tank to the hopper of the machine using suitable kind of pump & geared motor. From the Pump the material is transferred to the hopper through piping made in SS316. There is a level sensor mounted on the hopper which detects the level in the hopper and once the product level reach below minimum desired level pump is started automatically and start filling the hopper and when it reaches to max product desired level pump stops. it can be put on manual mode and the material will transfer continuously till you don't stop the operation manually
