SEMI AUTO BOTTLE BRUSHING WITH SLIDING RINSER TRAY

 

DESCRIPTION

Semi automatic Multistage bottle washing machine is used to wash dirty glass bottles from inside & outside, cleaning is done using brushing & water jet. Machine is very useful in various application like cleaning milk bottles, liquor bottles, juice bottles & also different size & shape bottle can be accommodated in same machine with the help of change parts.

FEATURES

WORKING

1st Unit(brushing Unit): This unit comes with 2 brushing unit & sink tank. The tank will have an outlet to drain the water. operator will brush the dirty bottle here & then can manually dip the bottle in sink tank below to remove major dust.

2nd Unit (Rinsing Unit): The basic Rinsing Unit consist of 3 stage, 1st & 3rd stage are empty just to hold bottles & collect the water dripping from inverted bottles.

1.   Stage 1 & stage 3- operator will keep bottles inverted on each cup after cleaning the in brushing unit. once all cups are occupied with bottle operator will remove the tray from 3rd stage & slide the remaining tray towards 3rd stage making the 1st stage empty for placing empty tray.

2.   Stage 2- this stage have the rinsing stage with pressure water jet, using a water pump & tank with filter mesh to recycle water.

once the tray occupied with bottles come to this stage, operator open/close the valve manually to start rinsing for desired time, once the rinsing is done again operator close the valve & slide the tray towards 3rd stage.

Once the above cycle is complete you can slide the tray to next stage manually (if there is already a tray on the next stage you need to remove first and then slide) to repeat go to point no 1.

WEIGHT BASED LIQUID FILLING MACHINE

 

DESCRIPTION:

The semi-automatic weight-based liquid filling machine is easy to operate.

OPERATION:

Bottles have to place manually below the filling nozzles on the weighing scale. The filling range can be set from PLC HMI, By pressing the foot switch  the product start dispensing at a preset speed. Once the set weight  of the product  has been dispensed, the filling stops and the nozzle shuts off immediately in a positive way and ensures zero dripping.

Filling range: Up to 100 grams to 1000 grams or more as per requirement

The entire range can be set on the same machine without any change parts.

Contact parts will be S.S.304 or SS316 on request

Body covered with SS304 sheet.

Weight based Powder Filling Machine

Description:

Powder filler used for filling all types of powder like spices, wheat flour, talcum powder, protein powder etc. In powder filling machine you can fill all types of powders, its semi automatic machine in which you can set the desired filling weight in grams and more can be done depending on your requirement. In this machine paddle switch is also given in which you keep your pouch or bottle below the nozzle and `press the paddle for filling the product.

SPECIFICATION:

1. Filling Range: 1000 gram* with the help of change-over parts
2. Filling Speed: variable - 05 to 6 fills per minute or higher for 1000gm, depends on powder bulk density, texture, operator skills & type of container in which product to be filled, with higher speed accuracy will suffer.
3. Filling Accuracy or +- 1 to 3 gm for 1kg filling
4. Filling principle: load cell based controlled, coarse filling at high speed & fine & super fine filling at lowest possible speed to get very good accuracy.
5. PLC HMI based electronic controls can be used for setting weight or volumetric control.
